At Love Emma x, every product is handmade in small batches with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please take a moment to read our returns policy before ordering.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on soaps or skincare items once they have been opened or used. This is to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product safety.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been dispatched. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

If a return or refund is required due to an error on our part (such as damage or an incorrect item), we will cover the return postage or send a replacement free of charge.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
